Andrea Billard actually has not been designing lingerie all of that long and while I think that she is by far ahead of the game in everything, I think that her being a fresh and new designer, that her perspective is definitely a little different than most lingerie designers and that is the reason she can produce incredible lingerie like this piece.
One of the things that I love about this piece is the bottom. I love the fact that it features a hell of a lot of coverage and then there are ribbons. Personally, I love any lingerie that incorporates ribbons into its design and to be honest, this lingerie is for those that really, really love sexy and luxury all wrapped up.
