Agent Provocateur is one of those lingerie designers that is really outside of the box and really knows that his thinking is out of the box.  He knows exactly what he is doing in the way of lingerie and he really knows how to make a woman’s body really sing and look beautiful in any of his pieces.

That is why Agent Provocateur is by far one of the very best lingerie designers out there and that is why you should at least have one of his lingerie sets in your own collection!

For those of you that simply have no idea what or who Agent Provocateur is, I think that you should definitely take a look at his newest, latest and greatest collection.  It involves a lot of silk, a lot of lace and it is slightly dark and sinister, which to me – is perfect!  I’ve always been into the darker side of things and that is exactly what Agent Provocateur brings out in me, especially when he puts out little numbers like this one!

Personally, I would wear this one just for me and not for my man.  You definitely do not need to wear any lingerie just for a guy, remember that girls!  Agent Provocateur lingerie is the type of lingerie that you wear for yourself and to make yourself feel better, so no need to purchase it for your man!  However, you will look freaking incredible in it!

And while apparel shopping may suffer low sales in a poor economy, other analysts are countering by saying lingerie is in a league of its own. Investing in companies such as Limited Brands is a smart idea. The rationale behind this notion is that when times are tough, women will dispense with designer clothes and expensive blouse or dress labels. But women still want to feel good about themselves and will continue to spend their money on quality bras and panties.

So apparel in general may suffer but lingerie, on the other hand, may sustain or do better. Added to this, the announcement that Victoria’s Secret may have come too far from its roots and needs to get back on track, may prove beneficial to the company in 2008. The company is scheduled to open thirty-one new stores and remodel another forty-five this spring.

If they can find ways to appeal to and regain their original customers. older women who moved away from the brand, then 2008 may be a successful year. The CEO has identified what she believes to be the problems and all indicators point to a major shakeup.

Investor or shopper, we will all need to watch the progress of Victoria’s Secret in 2008 to see what direction the company takes and what changes are looming. There may be some exciting moves on the horizon.
